What are sola wood flowers?

Sola wood flowers are made from the Shola plant.  You probably better know it as the plant that tapioca is made from.  Specifically the roots of the plant.  This means that they are made from 100% biodegradable, sustainable, and eco-friendly natural material.

Do you hand make each flower?

Yes and No.  Each flower is handmade, just not all by me.  I only make the ones I absolutely have to as I would not have time to paint or arrange the flowers if I had to make every single one of them all by myself. 

How long will my flowers last?

Forever!  As long as you follow proper care instructions.

How do I care for my arrangement?

To preserve the life of your flowers please store them in a cool dry place. Do not keep in air tight containers or places with excessive moisture as the flowers are made from natural wood which needs to breathe. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time to preserve the color of your flowers. To dust, use a spray air can or hairdryer set to cool.

How custom can you make it? 

I do my best to accommodate as many styles of flowers and greeneries possible. I customize each detail - color, size, shape and theme. 

Do I get to see a preview before shipping? 

YES! You can be as little or as much involved as you want! I will send pictures along the way to ensure 100% satisfaction. 

Is Shipping/Local Pick Up Available?

Shipping is available at an additional cost.  While these flowers are beautiful, they can be very delicate and its travel through shipping may result in some damage.  For this reason I always purchase extra insurance through the shipping carrier for your protection.  I try to package the flowers as best as possible but unfortunately can not control how the package gets handled once it is out of my hands.  Local pick up is always a free option.

How do I pay?

I accept PayPal, Venmo, and Square. Local pickup may pay with cash. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on every custom order.

What is Your Refund/Return Policy?

Due to the custom nature of these arrangements, there are no refunds or returns.  If there is a problem with your order once you receive it, please contact me at paintedpetalsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) purchased and we will work together to find the best solution to the problem.
